01 - 4 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, baby spinach, frisée)
02 - 5.3 ounces goat cheese, crumbled or sliced
03 - 8 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
04 - 1.4 ounces toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
05 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
06 - 1 small apple, thinly sliced (optional)
→ Spiced Honey Dressing
07 - 3 tablespoons honey
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
10 - 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
11 - 1/8 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
12 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
13 - 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
14 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
# Directions:
01 - Combine honey, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, and chili flakes (if using) in a small saucepan over low heat. Warm gently for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring until fragrant. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Allow to cool slightly.
