# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 475°F. Position pizza stone in oven if using.

03 - In a small saucepan, gently heat turkey gravy with chopped sage and black pepper until fragrant and warm, about 2 minutes.
04 - Spread warm sage gravy over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border.
05 - Evenly distribute cooked turkey, followed by mozzarella and fontina or provolone cheese.
