01 - 7 oz short pasta, such as rigatoni, penne, or farfalle

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

05 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, optional
07 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

09 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, optional, or use nutritional yeast for vegan
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Cook pasta in salted boiling water until just al dente. Drain thoroughly and gently pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
