This cheese board has become my go-to when hosting guests because it’s impressive yet effortless to assemble.

Ingredients

  • Cheeses: 150 g Brie sliced, 150 g Roquefort or blue cheese crumbled or sliced, 150 g Goat cheese log or rounds sliced, 150 g Comté or Gruyère sliced or cubed
  • Honey: 100 g honeycomb, 80 ml floral honey (e.g., acacia or lavender)
  • Accompaniments: 1 small bunch of red or green grapes, 1 small handful of dried apricots, 1 small handful of walnuts or almonds, 1 pear sliced, 1 apple sliced, 1 baguette sliced, Crackers or crispbread as desired
  • Garnish (optional): Edible flowers, Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs

Instructions

Arrange:
Arrange the cheeses on a large serving board or platter, spacing them apart for easy access.
Prepare Honey:
