# Directions:

01 - Combine all-purpose flour, instant yeast, fine sea salt, and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
02 - Stir olive oil and warm water into the dry mixture until a soft dough forms. Add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, if necessary.
03 - Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rest for 15 minutes.
04 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
05 - Roll out dough into a 10x6-inch rectangle or oval and transfer to prepared baking sheet.
06 - Brush dough with olive oil. Distribute cranberries and walnuts evenly over the surface. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
07 - Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, until edges are golden and the flatbread is cooked through.
