01 - 1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped

09 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or softened butter, for spreading
# Directions:
01 - Set air fryer to 375°F and allow to preheat for 3 minutes.
02 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; add garlic and broccoli. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until broccoli is bright green and slightly tender. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
03 - In a bowl, mix the sautéed broccoli with cream cheese and shredded cheddar until fully integrated.
04 - Arrange bread slices and spread mayonnaise or butter thinly on one side of each slice.
05 - Distribute the broccoli-cheddar mixture evenly onto two bread slices on the unspread side. Top with the remaining slices, spread side facing outward.
06 - Place sandwiches in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F for 4 to 5 minutes per side, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
07 - Allow sandwiches to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
