# Directions:
01 - In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine apple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly and bring to a gentle simmer.
02 - Add prepared apple and pear slices to the simmering liquid. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally to coat the fruit.
03 - Add sliced plums and halved grapes. Continue cooking for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fruit is tender but retains its shape.
04 - Remove saucepan from heat. Spoon the warm fruit medley into serving bowls.
05 - Top with toasted walnuts or hazelnuts, orange zest, and fresh mint, if desired. Serve immediately while warm.
