# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and coat a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
02 - In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, breaking it up until fully browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir in ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
04 - Remove skillet from heat and transfer the beef mixture to a medium bowl. Add biscuit quarters and toss to combine thoroughly.
05 - Spread the biscuit and beef mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese uniformly over the top.
