# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine halved potatoes, sliced bell peppers, red onion wedges, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, tossing to ensure an even coating.
03 - Spread the seasoned vegetables evenly on a large rimmed baking sheet and nestle the sausages among them.
