# Directions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add shredded Brussels sprouts and blanch for 2 minutes. Drain thoroughly and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine blanched Brussels sprouts, finely chopped onion, and minced garlic.
03 - Add egg, panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika to the bowl. Mix until the ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture holds together.
04 - Form mixture into cylinder shapes approximately 1 inch long for each tot.
05 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place tots in batches, ensuring space between each. Sauté on each side for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
06 - Transfer cooked tots to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve while hot.
