02 - Add a small amount of food coloring gel to each bowl, stirring thoroughly to achieve vibrant shades.
03 - Divide noodles into equal portions. Cook each batch separately in the colored boiling water for 2–3 minutes less than package instructions, keeping colors distinct. Rinse immediately under cold water and set aside.
04 - In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add cream cheese and stir until the mixture is smooth.
05 - Whisk in milk, grated Parmesan, cornstarch, salt, and white pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce becomes thick and creamy, about 5 minutes.
06 - Fold colored noodles into the sauce, keeping noodles' hues distinct for a cloud effect, or gently swirl for a marbled presentation.
07 - Transfer noodles to plates. Top with scallions, sesame seeds, and add edible flowers or microgreens if desired. Serve immediately.
