→ Fats
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
→ Seasoning & Garnish
05 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
07 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

01 - Pat shrimp dry using paper towels. Sprinkle with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, ensuring even seasoning.
02 - Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
03 - Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the hot skillet. Cook 1 to 2 minutes per side until opaque and pink, then transfer shrimp to a plate.
04 - Lower heat to medium. Add unsalted butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir gently for 1 minute until the garlic softens and releases its aroma.

06 - Drizzle lemon juice over shrimp and scatter with chopped parsley. Serve immediately while hot.
