01 - 7 oz Brie cheese, rind trimmed, cut into 24 cubes

→ Pastry

02 - 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (9 oz), thawed

→ Sauce

03 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)

→ Garnish (Optional)

04 - 2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts
05 - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a 24-cup mini muffin tin with nonstick spray or parchment squares.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll the puff pastry sheet into a 12 x 12 inch square. Cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Gently press each square into the mini muffin cups to form shells.
04 - Place one cube of Brie cheese inside each pastry shell.
05 - Spoon a heaping 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce onto each Brie cube.
06 - Sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts and fresh rosemary over the top, if desired.
07 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, until the pastry is golden and the Brie is bubbling.
