04 - In a small bowl, blend melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Transfer to a piping bag or zip-top bag with a corner snipped.
05 - Lightly grease the waffle iron. Pour about 1/2 cup of batter into the center, then pipe a spiral of the cinnamon mixture onto the batter. Close and cook until golden and crisp, approximately 3–4 minutes per waffle. Repeat until all batter and swirl are used.
06 - In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla, mixing until the glaze is pourable.
07 - Serve waffles warm, generously drizzling with the cream cheese topping.
